The location is perfect for visiting Anne of Cleves House, which isn't too far from here. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. 😊.

decent stay, as always. standard double room with very comfortable bed, shower plus views of rigi mountain. location short walk to lake luzern and surroundings and rigi mountain.
No restaurant at all.

We stayed in a stylish room with a great view of Rigi mountain. It had a nice shower and a super comfy bed. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Lake Luzern and close to the train tracks as well. 🌄.

The surrounding area of the hotel is lovely with good seating and decent coffee. the bagels are reported to be fresh and tasty. the rooms are very clean with great showers.
The reception can be unresponsive, making check-in a frustrating experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were super clean and I liked the location for its ease of transportation. The staff was polite and friendly, and breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. a clean and cute atmosphere.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about the hotel or this city.

During my new year stay, I appreciated the comfortable room and the friendly staff. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the breakfast provided a good variety of fresh items. the location was convenient to nearby attractions, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
There were a couple of downsides during my stay. the pillows caused significant discomfort as they were incredibly thin and not at all supportive.
